　Dr. A（Medical Resident）：The next patient for you to see is a 50-year-old housewife who was admitted here two days agow ith a chief complaint of periumbilical pain for the past five days. Five days ago, she developed a periumbilical pain associated with some loose bowel movements.^＊　At first, her family physician was not impressed^＊　with her condition.^＊　He thought it to be gastrointestinal flu.^＊　However, he decided to send her here two days after the onset of the symptoms.
