ポイント

・糖尿病患者の高脂血症は動脈硬化性疾患を予防するために積極的に治療する．

・LDLコレステロールが高いときには，スタチンを第一選択薬として用いる．

・現在の治療目標は，LDL-C＜120mg/dl，TG＜150mg/dl，HDL-C≧40mg/dl．

・冠動脈疾患のある糖尿病患者ではLDL-C＜100mg/dlに下げる．

・高中性脂肪血症には，フィブラート薬を用いる．
