Behçet病―Behçet病を疑う皮疹とは？

ポイント

再発性アフタと結節性紅斑様発疹をきたしたら，Behçet病(BD)を疑う有力な情報として経過を観察することが大切である．

BD患者の血栓性静脈炎の皮膚症状は血管型BDを発症する徴候である．

男性BD患者の活動期には眼症状をきたす頻度が高い．
