一過性脳虚血発作

文献概要

　一過性脳虚血発作(TIA)は，虚血によって生じる脳局所の神経症状が短時間で消失するもので，診察時には異常所見を認めないことがほとんどであるが，半数以上は再発，梗塞化する．このため脳梗塞急性期に準じて入院のうえ，精査・治療を行う必要があることを説明する．発症機序に応じた抗血小板療法，抗凝固療法などが必要なため，十分な精査が行えないときは，脳卒中専門病院へ紹介する．
