文献概要

　悪性リンパ腫に対しては，従来の化学療法，放射線療法に加えて，モノクローナル抗体による分子標的療法，造血幹細胞移植が加わり，患者に対する疾患概念や治療の説明も年々進化している．一方，治療期間が長期にわたる特徴があり，入院治療が必要となることもしばしばである．したがって，患者のみでなく，家族の生活にも大きな影響が及ぶことになり，家族にも疾患の経過・治療の大まかな流れを十分に理解してもらうことが肝要である．
