　変形性関節症，とりわけ変形性膝関節症は診療所ではきわめてありふれた疾患である．その原因は体重増加により重心が膝の内側に偏ることにつきる．その診断と関節リウマチ(RA)などとの鑑別，治療につき重要点を述べた．
