ポイント

化学療法中に起こる下痢は脱水，電解質異常から致死的になることもあるので，正確な評価と早期の対策が必要である．

化学療法中はさまざまな要因から便秘が起こりやすい．癌の進行に伴う腸閉塞を除外することが重要である．
