ポイント

・脳卒中の分類は1990年のNINDSの分類が使われることが多い．

・TIAは病態まで診断し，適切な治療を行うことが必要である．

・TOASTの診断基準では，原因の特定できない分類不能の脳梗塞症例が多くなってしまう．

・BADは臨床病型として分類が問題となっている．
