ポイント

・脳梗塞とは，脳血管の閉塞により脳組織が虚血に陥り，脳局所神経症状が急に出現する疾患である．

・頭部CTで脳出血，脳腫瘍，脳膿瘍などの出血性病変や占拠性病変を鑑別する．

・さらに，脳卒中類似症状を呈する疾患，すなわち，解離性障害などの精神障害，てんかん発作後のTodd's麻痺，低血糖，末梢性めまいなどを除外する必要がある．
