ポイント

・脳梗塞の病型分類では，NINDS分類が広く用いられているが，急性期に行う分類としてはTOAST分類があり，使用の機会が増加している．

・t-PAは病型を問わず有効であり，分類を行うことにいたずらに時間を費やすべきではないが，病型によって再開通率や出血性梗塞の発症率は異なる可能性が高い．

・t-PA時代に即した病型分類法を作成し，病型別の治療戦略を検討していく必要がある．
