t-PA静注療法施行施設のあり方

ポイント

・t-PA静注療法を施行する施設には適応・除外症例をすばやく鑑別診断し，制限時間内に治療を終える能力と体制，静注後の患者の状態の厳密なモニタリング，万一，副作用が生じた際の対応能力が求められる．

・各施設において，患者到着後，10分以内に診察を終え，45分以内にCT読影を終え，60分以内にt-PA静注を開始できること目指した体制作りが必要となる．
