ポイント

・脳卒中患者であることを早期に認知する．

・重症度・緊急性に基づいた診察と患者処置を行う．くも膜下出血は最重症，血栓溶解療法適応の脳梗塞は最緊急である．

・まず，生理学的徴候の把握とそれに対する処置．次いで，頭部CTによる病型診断を行う．
