ループス腎炎

ポイント

・ループス腎炎はSLE患者の50～80%に合併する．

・多彩な尿沈渣所見は活動性ループス腎炎の指標となる．

・尿異常，腎機能障害がある場合は積極的に腎生検を行う．

・2003年ループス腎炎の組織分類に改定が行われた．

・副腎皮質ステロイド薬が第一選択薬であるが，組織分類を参考に免疫抑制薬や血漿交換の併用を考える．
