ポイント

・血清クレアチニン値2mg/dl以上〔クレアチニンクリアランス（Ccr）20～35ml/分以下，糖尿病性腎症の場合Ccr 45ml/分以下〕の腎不全患者の貧血は腎性貧血も念頭に入れる．

・遺伝子組み換えヒトエリスロポエチン製剤（rHuEPO）は，貧血の改善効果のみならず残腎機能の保持作用などの数多くの有益な効果がある．

・効果的なrHuEPOの使用には，鉄の状態などの評価が必要である．
