ポイント

抗TNF製剤を中心とした生物学的製剤による抗サイトカイン療法は，関節リウマチをはじめ既存の治療に対して難治性の病態に対し高い有効性を認めている．

結核をはじめとした重篤な感染症などの副作用も報告されており，投与の適応や副作用対策について十分理解し，適切に投与することが必要である．
