拒絶反応とGVH反応の制御

ポイント

拒絶反応とはドナー(供与者)とレシピエント(宿主)間で組織適合性抗原が一致していない場合，レシピエントがこれを異物として認識し排除しようとする免疫反応である．

GVH反応は主にドナーT細胞による宿主組織適合性抗原の認識と，これに引き続く免疫反応である．

拒絶反応とGVH反応の制御はステロイドおよびカルシニューリン阻害薬(calcineurin inhibitor)が主に用いられている．
