ポイント

血液腫瘍は高い寛解率の達成可能な疾患であり，単に病理確定診断と臨床病期診断を得ることでは不十分である．

予後リスク別層別化治療が標準的治療として行われるため，画像診断・表面抗原検索，染色体解析・遺伝子診断などにより予後リスク診断が必要である．

分子診断の重要性が高まりつつある．
