ポイント

血液腫瘍は化学療法が最も良好な治療成績を得た腫瘍の一つである．

予後に最も重要であるのは，初回寛解導入化学療法の治療効果である．

自家造血幹細胞移植併用大量化学療法は単独では治療効果は限られ，地固め・強化療法としての役割が期待される．

予後予測モデルに基づく層別化と，化学療法を中心とする集学的治療が求められる．
