ポイント

キメラ型抗CD20抗体は，低悪性度B細胞リンパ腫に対して化学療法と併用することにより，高い奏効率を示す．

キメラ型抗CD20抗体はaggressive B細胞リンパ腫に対しても有効で，CHOP療法と併用することにより，生存率の上でも寄与する．

放射性同位元素抱合型マウス抗CD20抗体は，毒性が一過性で，高い奏効率を示す．
