びまん性大細胞型B細胞性リンパ腫

ポイント

びまん性大細胞型B細胞性リンパ腫(DLBCL)は最も頻度の高い悪性リンパ腫である．症例により表面マーカーや遺伝子異常などを含め病態が異なることも多く，heterogenityのある疾患群である．

DLBCLの治療法は限局期，進行期ともCHOP療法を基本としている．

CD20を細胞表面にもつDLBCLに対しては，抗CD20抗体であるリツキシマブが有効である．
