ポイント

成人Ｔ細胞白血病・リンパ腫(ATL)はhuman T-lymphotropic virus type 1が原因で発症する．

ATLは化学療法に抵抗性であり，免疫不全も伴い，予後はきわめて不良である．

近年，同種造血幹細胞移植により予後の改善が得られつつある．

モノクローナル抗体やnuclear factor κ-B阻害薬などの分子標的薬剤による治療が期待されている．
