ポイント

急性冠症候群(ST上昇型)は，冠動脈内のプラークの破錠とそれに引き続く血栓形成により急性～亜急性に冠動脈が閉塞し，心筋虚血の出現により発症する．

急性冠症候群(ST上昇型)では，閉塞した冠動脈の迅速な再灌流が短期的かつ長期的転帰を決定する．

薬物治療の目的は，さらなる血栓形成の抑制と血栓溶解による虚血の軽減，合併症の防止，梗塞サイズの縮小とリモデリングの予防である．
