心房細動

ポイント

心房細動は加齢による罹患率の増加を特徴とする不整脈である．

臨床上の問題点は，頻拍による自覚症状，心不全，血栓塞栓症である．

心房細動に対する薬物療法には除細動を目的とするリズムコントロールと頻拍を抑えるレートコントロールがあり，適切な抗凝固・抗血小板療法との併用が肝要である．

非薬物療法にカテーテルアブレーション，心房ペーシングや外科手術がある．

多くの大規模研究が進行中であるが，エビデンスに裏づけられた画一的な治療法はいまだ存在せず，各症例ごとに最良の治療法を検討する必要がある．
