ポイント

レニン-アンジオテンシン(RA)系抑制薬は心筋梗塞後の左室リモデリング，心不全の発症を予防し，予後の改善効果をもつ．

心筋梗塞後の予後改善効果においては，アンジオテンシンⅡ受容体拮抗薬(ARB)にもアンジオテンシン変換酵素(ACE)阻害薬と同等の効果が期待される．

RA系抑制薬には降圧効果を超えた血管保護効果が期待されるので，冠危険因子を有する狭心症患者には積極的に使用すべきである．
