心筋梗塞，狭心症における使い方

ポイント

β遮断薬は狭心症に対する第一選択薬である．

急性心筋梗塞患者へは，できるだけ速やかにβ遮断薬の投与を開始し，長期間の内服を継続する．

心筋梗塞による高度の心機能低下例でもβ遮断薬により予後効果の改善が期待でき，状態が安定したらβ遮断薬の投与を開始する．

心機能が低下している患者や高齢者へは少量から開始する．

β遮断薬の副作用・禁忌に習熟する必要がある．
