ポイント

慢性虚血性心疾患においては，禁忌でない限りアスピリン75～150mg/日を投与するべきである．

アスピリン禁忌例においては，チクロピジンの投与が推奨される．

非急性期の心筋梗塞で血栓症の合併が考えられる病態を伴っている場合は，ワルファリンを併用することが推奨される．
