高コレステロール血症における使い方

ポイント

高コレステロール血症では他の危険因子で治療判断をする必要がある．

冠動脈疾患既往患者，糖尿病，危険因子3つ以上のハイリスク群は女性・高齢者でも治療が必要である．

副作用としての横紋筋融解症は重要であるが，頻度が低いことも認識する．

横紋筋融解症の危険因子があるので，その注意も重要である．
