ポイント

スタチン投与は急性冠症候群の発症から可能な限り早期に開始する．

急性冠症候群症例では，LDLコレステロール：70mg/dl未満を管理目標値とする．

スタチンの選択としては，ストロングスタチンを用いる．

副作用がない限り，スタチン内服は継続する．
