ポイント

α遮断薬の就寝前投与は過度のモーニングサージ(早朝の血圧上昇)を抑制する作用がある．

α遮断薬は脂質代謝異常・耐糖能異常のある患者などで有用である．

長期の心血管イベント抑制効果について今後のエビデンスの集積が待たれる．
