ポイント

心室細動や血行動態の悪化する心室頻拍治療の第一選択はICDであるが，心機能の維持されている例では，アミオダロンとICDの有用性の差は小さくなる．

またICDの作動は苦痛を伴い，QOLを悪化させる．

このため，III群薬の併用でこれを軽減することは意義がある．

III群薬の突然死一次予防の役割は明確でない．
