ポイント

●病歴聴取は診断精度を上げるだけでなく，良好な医師-患者関係構築に必要不可欠である．

●発症状況，血圧経過を把握し，高血圧症の特徴と臓器障害の程度を予測する．

●生活習慣の修正は，まず行う治療であるため，生活習慣は必ず初診時に聴取しておく．

●既往歴，家族歴は治療薬選択，臓器障害の程度の予測に有用である．

●十分に身体所見をとり，臓器障害の程度を把握してから，各種検査に挑む．
