●白衣高血圧は医師存在下で高血圧，非医療環境下では正常血圧．

●白衣現象は外来血圧重症例で大きいが，白衣高血圧は外来血圧軽症例に多い．

●臓器障害をチェックする．

●家庭血圧測定を継続する．

●24時間自由行動下血圧を測定する．
