ポイント

●脳血管障害は心血管イベントのなかで高血圧の影響が最も大きい臓器障害である．

●高血圧との関連が深いのは，脳出血，ラクナ梗塞，アテローム血栓性脳梗塞である．

●脳卒中の既往のない無症候性脳血管障害でも，認知機能障害やうつ病をきたしうる．

●有効な降圧療法により，脳卒中発症率だけでなく認知機能低下も抑制されうる．

●眼底検査は脳血管病態を簡便に推し量ることのできるきわめて重要な検査である．
