ポイント

●Ca拮抗薬は2004年高血圧治療ガイドラインで主要降圧薬のなかに位置づけられている．

●Ca拮抗薬は他の降圧薬に比して確実な降圧効果を有し，かつ使用禁忌となる疾患が少ない．

●Ca拮抗薬は冠動脈疾患に加え，日本人で罹患率の高い脳卒中の抑制効果に優れている．
