α遮断薬・β遮断薬の上手な使い方

ポイント

●β遮断薬は，虚血性心疾患，心不全，頻脈性不整脈を伴う高血圧患者がよい適応である．

●β遮断薬は，β1受容体の選択性など，性質を理解して使い分ける必要がある．

●β遮断薬は気管支喘息やCOPD，徐脈，閉塞性動脈硬化症の患者には禁忌である．

●α遮断薬の就寝前投与は早朝高血圧を抑制する作用がある．

●α遮断薬は脂質代謝異常や耐糖能異常を合併した高血圧に有用である．
