ポイント

●睡眠時無呼吸症候群患者では睡眠中の血圧は下がりにくく，non-dipper型が多い．

●JNC7では，高血圧の原因としてわかっている疾患のうち，第1番目にSASが列記された．

●血圧コントロール不良例では，SASの合併を疑い，精査すべきである．

●CPAPによって日中の血圧も平均10mmHg程度低下する．
