●アレルギー性炎症：好酸球，T細胞，肥満細胞(マスト細胞)，好塩基球などの炎症細胞の気道への浸潤により形成される．

●気道リモデリング：気道炎症の遷延によりもたらされる気道構造の非可逆的変化

●吸入ステロイド薬：気道慢性炎症治療の第一選択薬
