ガイドラインに基づくCOPDの慢性期の治療

ポイント

●慢性期のCOPDの薬物治療は，症状の軽減と急性増悪を減少させることである．

●気管支拡張薬による治療が，COPDの症状のコントロールの中心である．

●気管支拡張薬による治療は，単独あるいは併用療法を行う．

●長時間作用型気管支拡張薬は，短時間作用型と比較し効果的かつ利便性がよい．

●重症以上で有症状かつ急性増悪を繰り返す患者には，吸入ステロイド投与を行う．

●ステロイドの全身投与は，慢性期のCOPD患者には，原則行うべきではない．
