ポイント

●吸入ステロイド薬(ICS)は，持続型気管支喘息の第一選択の長期管理薬である．

●高用量のICSは，視床下部・下垂体・副腎系の抑制をきたすことがある．

●ICS各製剤には特徴があり，症例や病態に即して選択する．

●ICSはCOPDでも急性増悪抑制やQOL改善効果をもたらす．

●ICS/LABA(長時間作用性β₂刺激薬)合剤は，COPDの予後を改善することが報告されている．
