ポイント

●ストレスに伴い，生理的な変化・行動上の変化が起こることで慢性疾患の病態は修飾される．

●ストレス下では，HPA系やLC/NE系を介して，さまざまな身体的反応が生じる．

●内科治療への反応が不良な場合や，病態の変化とストレスとの関係が明白な場合には，心身症としての対応が必要である．
