文献概要

　腹部超音波検査をする際，知っておくべきアーチファクトについて解説する．各アーチファクトについて，項目別に，その代表的超音波像を供覧し，出現機序について簡単に解説し，最後に，そのアーチファクト(目くらまし)を見破るコツで各項をしめくくる，という流れを本稿の基本構築とする．便宜上，Bモードとカラードプラに大別し記述するが，実際には両者間に共通する点も多く，あくまでBモードが中心で，その知識なくしてカラードプラは理解できない．なお，この稿では誌面の都合で原則として数式の列挙などは割愛し，簡潔な記載にとどめる．その点(文中の^＊)を掘り下げ照合したい方は，後述の文献をご一読いただきたい．
