ポイント

●呼吸器感染症の診断において肺抗酸菌症，特に肺結核を鑑別することは最も重要なポイントである．

●画像，特にHRCTは肺抗酸菌症の診断に威力を発揮する．

●しかし原因微生物を検出することで確定診断となるのであり，画像診断には限界があることを理解しておかねばならない．
