ポイント

●高齢者は正常クレアチニンでも侮ってはいけない．クレアチニンクリアランスを考える癖をつける．

●高BUN血症は腎機能障害だけではない．BUNと一緒にクレアチニンもチェックする．

●腎不全の原因検索は腎後性から行う．
