除鉄療法の実際

ポイント

●鉄はC型慢性肝炎の増悪因子の1つである．

●瀉血療法は除鉄治療のうち，最も簡便で有効な方法である．

●瀉血療法はC型慢性肝炎の補助療法の1つであり，根本治療ではない．

●血療法の長期効果として，組織学的進展も緩徐化される．
