●核酸アナログ製剤の出現によりHBVのcontrolは良好となった．

●長期の核酸アナログ製剤の投与は耐性HBV変異株の出現を助長する．

●NS3/4Aプロテアーゼ阻害薬の単独投与にてHCV量が激減する．

●HBVおよびHCVの治療は発展段階であり今後の研究が期待される．
