ポイント

●末期腎不全患者の主観的睡眠愁訴は，高頻度に認められる．

●末期腎不全患者の睡眠時無呼吸症候群や周期性四肢運動障害は，終夜睡眠ポリグラフ検査で調査すると高頻度に認められる．

●末期腎不全患者のむずむず脚症候群は，20％以上に認められる．

●閉塞型睡眠時無呼吸症候群は，夜間頻尿や遺尿症の原因となる．

●閉塞型睡眠時無呼吸症候群は，勃起障害(electile dysfunction：ED)の原因となる．
