ポイント

●プラークには，安定なプラークと不安定なプラークが存在する．

●破裂性プラークやびらん性プラークは急性冠症候群の原因となる．

●不安定プラークの進展には，プラークの慢性炎症のみならず，急性炎症細胞が密接に関与する．

●酸化LDLは不安定プラークの形成に密接に関与する．
