ポイント

●メタボリックシンドロームとは，内臓脂肪蓄積を基盤に，高血圧，糖代謝異常，脂質代謝異常を合併し，動脈硬化性疾患になりやすい病態のことをいう．

●内臓脂肪蓄積に伴うアディポサイトカインの分泌異常が，メタボリックシンドロームの発症・進展に深くかかわる．
