ポイント

●マルチスライスCT(MSCT)装置の進歩によって冠動脈の描出能は大きく向上した．

●最近の64列CTによる冠動脈狭窄診断感度と特異度は90％以上になる．

●MSCTは陰性的中率が高く，CTで冠動脈疾患を除外できれば冠動脈造影は不要である．

●MSCTは冠動脈疾患リスクが中等度の患者の冠動脈病変を否定するうえで有用性が高い．
