ポイント

●FHホモ接合体と，一部の重症のヘテロ接合体に対してLDLアフェレーシス治療が行われている．

●LDLアフェレーシスの方法には，単純血漿交換療法，二重膜濾過法とLDL吸着法がある．

●LDLアフェレーシスにより，LDLのみでなく血液凝固因子なども除去され，治療効果にかかわっている．
